All tenancies require payment of a month in advance and a deposit (usually 4 weeks unless otherwise stated). Full referencing will be taken. Right to Rent checks are undertaken on all tenancies. A holding deposit equal to 4 weeks rental will be taken to reserve the property. This will be deducted from the balance payable when you move in. Viewing are by appointment only.
